How can we help?
For VialWise support, email help@oncadinal.com.
Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. Please avoid sending personal health records or prescription photos.
Recording and history
Use Today to record a dose, weight, or symptom check-in. In History, choose Weight, Dose, Symptoms, or Memo. Tap a record to edit or delete it. A deletion can be undone from the confirmation bar until another change replaces it. Weekly groups start collapsed, showing the last recorded weight beside the weekly change. Tap a heading to open or close its measurements.
The app retains one confirmed starting measurement before the first taken dose and measurements from that dose onward. Earlier pre-treatment weights are removed from the app's active history. Changes to imported records affect the app copy, not Apple Health.
Targets and graph values
Set your target and units in Settings → Your measurements. Change Metric / Imperial in Settings → Units. Swipe the graph to explore dates and tap to inspect values. Weight points are measurements; medication values estimate medication remaining, including the injection depot and absorbed amount. Experimental outlooks may be unavailable when there is insufficient or inconsistent data.
Memos
Use Today → Memo to write about anything on your mind. Save your entry, then find it in History → Memo to read, edit or delete it. Your original words and selected date are stored on your device and included in record exports.
Recorded cycle dates
In Settings → Graph, turn on Show recorded cycle dates. If there are no imported dates, the cycle import screen opens. Choose Import cycle dates and allow Menstrual Flow access in Apple Health. Refresh dates from the same Settings section. Pink bands show recorded calendar days on Today’s graph; swipe to their dates.
If no dates are returned, check Apple Health → Cycle Tracking, the last 90 days, and VialWise’s access to Menstrual Flow. Apple does not reveal whether read access was denied. These are recorded dates, not predicted periods. The dedicated cycle import does not require weight access. This flow is available in build 10.
Apple Health and scales
Connect Apple Health in Settings → Connections. After requesting access, the optional app-open setting checks readable new weights when you launch or return to VialWise. No readable data does not prove permission was denied. Check whether your scale's app has added measurements to Apple Health.
Add weight manually or import it from Apple Health.
Injection plans and dose amounts
Set a recurring injection interval in the Settings tab. The next planned date follows the last recorded injection. Plans do not record medication as taken and do not schedule notifications.
Choose the medication in the dose form. Its amount starts with the last actual amount recorded for that medication and route, or the lowest preset if there is no history. Tap the displayed number to edit it, or use the adjacent dropdown. Confirm the amount against your existing instructions before saving. Retatrutide values are investigational trial values, not approved standard doses.
Features and storage
Manual tracking is free.
Records are stored on the device. Optional Apple sign-in does not provide record sync or backup. The record directory is excluded from iCloud device backup; use Settings → Export tracking records to save a JSON copy to a destination you choose. There is no import/restore flow. Deleting the app can remove local records.
